Driving directions to Lakewood from I-75:

  • Take the US-25W Exit 25 on I-75.
    Merge onto Cumberland Falls Hwy/US-25 S towards Cumberland Falls.
    Travel 4.95 miles, then turn left onto Mauney Chapel Road.
    Continue for ¼ mile.
    You will see signs for our Lakewood subdivision.
    If you turn right at the first Lakewood subdivision sign, you will be in Phase 1 which is SOLD OUT.
    If you turn right at the large second Lakewood subdivision sign, you will be turning on Twin Ponds Road which is Phase 3 A, B, C, and D.
    Phase 2 is along the left side of Mauney Chapel Road.
